I absolutely love bursting balloons (I'd consider myself more of a popper than semi popper now). The scary part for me would be actually taking the fetish out of the forum and meeting other looners for real. I was a lurker for about a year before I joined the forum and it was a big deal for me. Meeting people would be the next level, but maybe I'm ready for that. My experience of the forum has been awesome and I'm sure meeting up in real life with some of you would be an extension of that. It's my own insecurities/anxieties I need to get past!

You will obvs meet everyone there, we will discuss all boundaries beforehand and agree on principles, if you just want to watch or perhaps to take part in some inflation/popping/bursting, then that's absolutly ok, but like you say with the popping, some balloon displays are so beautifiul and nice, it's a shame for them to have to be popped, even I agree with that, but trying to take something like an 8 foot by 8 foot balloon wall/backdrop home with you could be rather difficult. The helium displays would probably be easier to take home as a momentum of the night.

I'm the same. Only really started chatting with fellow looners about 5 years ago, and started sharing pics, vids and videocalls with other looners in the last few years. Meeting up with folks is the next logical step, but being pretty socially anxious and a non popper (partly phobic, but defintely getting better to it being a minor inconvenience now!) means it's a bit daunting. I find having balloons pop in public / with others a bit of a turn on. Had a few meetings with escorts where they popped and it was actually quite fun, and one popped in a party shop while I was waiting to be served (lady was making a helium bouqet, one escaped, hit the ceiling and popped) and had to *ahem* cover my excitement

Hey everyone,

just wondering if any looners near london would like a meet up. I’ve been signed off work for 4 weeks as I’m struggling with work and uni demands along with caring responsibilities at home. I feel like I’m really overdue a looner session as I live with my parents so don’t get to play. Just wondering if anyone be up for it?

So who is serious about a meet up folks no matter what gender or identity, somewhen say July to September time, we could book a house on something like air bnb or weather depending out in some secluded woodlands somewhere, wild camping and popping bursting balloons in the wilderness around a nice camp/log fire say. Im happy to try and arange.

Maybe as an idea - how about a social meet up first? - could be a low stress way to meet up and say hi / chat and have a few beers together.
