I am a student in Miami, Florida and am making a short documentary to give a voice to the Looner community. If you or anyone you know is willing to speak about your experience as a Looner or as someone in the community on camera (with anonymity as an option) please reach out to me! You will be compensated for your time and must be in Florida or Georgia.
A little bit of info on the project-
I'm a 24 y/o student who a while ago went down a Looner rabbit hole on Instagram and I thought it was so fascinating and was surprised there wasn't anything about it really since it's such an underground community. My boyfriend who also showed interest is a cinematographer who does amazing work and offered to help me with this since I've been passionate about creating something on the topit. I'm looking for people to generally let us in on like the process, anything from special ways to make balloon shapes to fuck to people who make Looner porn to just talking about why you like balloons. Literally whatever you're willing/want to share.
