I lived north of seattle in Mill Creek for 8 years up to 2013/14.
To topic, I remember there being a lot of places that used big helium balloons all over the place. For awhile, it seemed like a contest between businesses about who could have the most balloons.

Great looner memories there. So easy to get some big helium balloons to play with. Is it still like that?

Been in Everett since 06, not as many balloon supply stores as there used to be, but I still find some variety
