Had me wondering

Driving my car yesterday in south east uk on a 30mph road, a car passed me. I didn't clock make or colour as my eyes were trans-fixed on the number plate.

I hope I'm not embarrassing a forum member by mentioning this, but I couldn't help thinking what the owner enjoys doing to balloons.
