    (over)inflation in frosty conditions

    Hi,
What's your experience with overinflating balloons outside in frosty temperatures? How much different it would be comparing to summer? I mean both P2P and B2P. Aside from obvious condensate I guess latex could be less elastic and more fragile/brittle, especially if condensate on balloon surface would freeze. On the other hand, description of this video suggest better and more spectacular results...

I've been made to blow balloons outside in the winter before. I don't remember it having a massive difference, but it did lead to way more pieces everywhere after the pop.
