Which balloons do you usually have over there? What brands and sizes?

Latex balloons(Round), For the brand it just says Latex and the sizes can varie 6-12 inches

To my knowledge, there aren't any local stores here that offer huge balloons right? And if they do it's really bad quality.

Yes there's barely any balloon stores, And if there are the quality is really bad

I actually got lucky and found a 36-inch balloon in a Mr. DIY store near Carriedo station in Manila, of all places. Not sure what brand but I got some decent use out of it. They also had some clear balloons but those had a nasty chemical smell/taste. Anyway, this was before the pandemic so not sure if they still carry them.
