Quality of the Cando donuts is not good. I’ve tried 2 of the blue ones. They have many weak spots if you hold up to the light. Can’t inflate to full size and definitely no overinflating. I won’t buy any more of these.

FitPaws has a blue donut that would be more sturdy than the Cando. Lilypaws.com has them. 12” high but you could bounce on it like a wheel. Let me know if you try the FitPaws blue donut.

Body sport also makes donut balls in a variety of sizes although the FitPaws will probably be thicker material.

Cando, also have a sizing issue with their exercise balls. They tell you to wait 24 hours to finish inflating it. but the size barely changes.
