Does anyone like inflatable boats? I like riding the 2-man ones and the older type kids ones that are made from glossy opaque vinyl. I especially like used ones &n like to repair popped ones.

Re: Anyone in to inflatable boats?
I likes boats. Especially if I can stretch them bigger.
Sadly I don't have the room to do that ... I've gotten Explorer 200 boats pretty big with a hairdryer and patience ... I still wonder how far I can go with a palce to work, a properly big boat (I got a pretty big one still NIB) and my preferred method of high pressure pump and a hot shower. -

Re: Anyone in to inflatable boats?
Yep, I also love boats! Especially when it’s hot and sunny so they stretch
Currently I have 3 Sevylor Fish Hunter boats. 2 250’s and 1 280. Beefy boats which can stretch a lot.👍 1Comment

Re: Anyone in to inflatable boats?
I love inflatable boats, been into them since I was a kid. I like both rubber and pvc boats, and also whitewater rafts and life rafts. I like other inflatables as well, but boats and rafts have become my primary inflatable focus. I love seeing them inflate and deflate, and like to be on them as they deflate on the water.
Please email me if you would like to talk about inflatable boats.Comment

I love collecting older vintage dinghies from the 80’s that pop up now and again on EBay ect. My favourites are a Li-Lo brand blue and orange 3 man dinghy (it’s a bit leaky but deflates quite slowly during use) and a Campari Sport white and blue two man boat. Then there’s my favourite of the lot a pristine Yellow Sevylor K105 three man Caravelle.
I love heat stretching dinghies too- but only the cheap kids sized boats you find on Amazon ect.Comment

Re: Anyone in to inflatable boats?
Craggy, those Sevylor K105s were the best inflatable boats for types like us. Very bouncy, nice colors, sexy shape, those boston valves sticking up in the air from the tubes, so tempting to loosen to slowly deflate the boat on the water. They also get so rubbery on a hot sunny day. I love seeing chics lounging in them.
It is a shame they are not made anymore. I usually bought 2 of them a year as they would get worn out from riding and overinflation, and sometimes punctures. I have one left that is new in the box, someday I'll inflate it for some on water fun.Comment

Same here with my K105 Caravelle- it’s still boxed out in my garage!Comment

Re: Anyone in to inflatable boats?
Yeah I’d love a proper black rubber boat too. My parents had one in the garage many many years ago but the rubber was rotten and it wouldn’t hold air at all.Comment
