There's one in Netherlands but their balloons are expensive, and a couple in USA but shipping is expensive. Loonerworld is the only one I buy from on Ebay.
I've also bought from Balloonace, but anything over 24" seems to be limited to one per order (used to be 5) so hardly worth bothering now... I'm tempted to order a load direct from balloons world store in Italy who have much better prices on the balloons, but I'll get stung for import VAT etc. Think it still works out cheaper though and they have all the shapes and colours. -

I did state Ebay and not websites. I already have and do order from site but wanted to know about more Ebay sellers.
USA is pointless due to there import charges and the pound being crap against the doller currently
