Not sure if this is true or just a great way to get more exposure. The neighbor knocking on the door is the nightmare many of us have about popping balloons and having neighbors hear.

The Instagram photos make it seem as though the whole thing was staged, but you never know. I often wondered how people who live in apartments with shared entrance ways cope. Some creators are filming in Airbnb properties, I suspect.

The complainant has a few things against him. The first is that she only does it during the day, when noise laws don't apply. The second (somewhat unfortunately) is that he only rents, so he will probably have to to go through his landlord and letting agent before the strata manager hears of it. And when they do, they're likely to ask why it's a problem for him during the day and did he try to negotiate when it's not.

That said, some strata managers and committees get drunk with their power so might shut her down over that.

There's also that (unfortunately) a lot of sex work is demonized or looked down upon, so the "committee" might have different feelings than they otherwise would have simply because of that.

What surprised me the most was that she gets around 20 requests for customs per week. Is this her only means of support? I do hope she works it out with her building.

I thought she said he rents from her, that is, she's his land lord. Laws are different in different places, but I doubt he has any real recourse - unless of course the whole thing is staged. Dasha is hot, but obviously only popping balloons for attention.

Wow that's a crazy amount of money per custom video! The last custom I got from an OF creator cost me $30 USD! There's a reason I don't go the established looner OF creators but rather regular girls who are simply open to fetish customs. Usually my request is the first they've heard of the balloon fetish and if they find blowing/popping balloons fun regularly then they're really happy to make the custom.

yeah she said she gets 20 "requests" a week, but I doubt that many are following through with an order when they hear the price. Maybe a couple do and likely one and done. The community just isn't that big and there are a lot of options out there. More likely is people buying her content through her various channels at a more reasonable rate.

Generally I no longer do hotel shoots and seldom do apartment shoots unless neighbors or notified. Public shoots are rare unless I am out in the woods or in an area where the noise won't scare people. IN particular in the US it is the times we live in

Oh dear...unfortunately I would also probably complain about balloon pops in my apartment, as I'm a phobic non-popper. Though I wouldn't escalate it nearly as much as her neighbor did, just ask if she could do it during my work hours (in which she already does).

Either that or I would just wear headphones whenever she does her shoots.

I surely don't think she gets what she claims for 'requests' every week... if she does, she better be putting some aside for taxation. After all, she made a claim of 20 clients at $300-350/week.. that's about $26K per month and I'm sure the queen wants her cut! Many of these online braggarts are going to regret it big time.

Rule of thumb... Never gloat of the money you make publicly, because that public claim can and will be used to claim taxes on your income. Even if you never made a cent, but you told everyone publicly that you made bank and even give numbers, you're done!

Remember those chinese kids spilling out of fancy expensive cars with all their trinkets of 'wealth' strewn about them? Where did that fad go?.. that's right! The taxman was a fan too.
