Stop or Pop III

So I saw stop or pop II, and was inspired, so I've decided to try the same thing

I currently have a nice, big, already overinflated GL500 - rated at 12x60, but it's at around 16x80, with a long neck. Already played with it for a while, riding, squeezing, etc, and very surprised it hasn't already popped. It's turning clear, even though it's supposed to be black, so... The question is: Pop it or stop it?

Until I get some responses, it's sitting in my corner waiting patiently for me

Ok, I'll give it another day or two and then see how the polls turned out, although it's looking pretty unanimous anyways

Not really, although personally I prefer squeezing or riding to pop an overinflated balloon, because it feels more intimate... But it is blowtopop.net...

Mostly I just need to find time when I'm alone in the house with no one to notice an echoing "BOOM" :P

It's done! It was getting difficult to hold near the end, almost no neck left uninflated... I didn't get a measurement, but Id estimate it got to around 90 inches long - 1 and a half times it's rated length

wow, looks like it must have been huge. I'm not sure if I could do that myself. It makes me pretty nervous having such a big balloon in front of me getting bigger and bigger. Still I would be really looking forward to the BANG
Are the GL500 hard to b2p? Have you ever done a fresh one (one that has never been inflated before)?

This one had been stretched out a bit (blown it up 15-20 times before, about 3 months old) but it was still very difficult to blow up. At that size they feel rock solid and it gets harder to force more air into it with every breath, and every time I blew in another breath almost as much escaped. I've never popped a fresh gl500 before, but I don't think it would've gotten as large, and it probably would've been tougher to inflate by mouth.

For me thats the most fun part of blowing up balloons…the anticipation of it popping!!!

STOP!! I'm a phobic non-popper, not only does the pop scare the sh*t out of me (thanks to my special balloon popping when I was less than 4), but I also think that popping balloons is straight up murder. Am I the only one who shows balloons the respect and love they so deserve? It's also a waste of latex.
