    Help replicating the Geo Balloon

I need the measurements of a new unstretched deflated geo balloon, the most important data is the diameter, or radius, of the cross-section of just the balloon ring, not all the balloon, cause the mold is made out of a hard silicone with magnets inserted while it's curing to keep the split tightly closed when the balloon is being cast, but still be able to be open to take it off the former. And I have to buy the magnets in the right range of size.

First, i wil try to make the mold, if I'm successful then sometime later I will try to make some balloons, the whole process is complex in execution but simple in paper. Check out the ballon makers discord they have helped a lot.

I mean, while you are at it... would you consider making them a little bigger as an alternative option? Always dreamt of having a larger size to play with.

agreed 100% - it'd be a delight to see these at 24 inches or even more.... would purchase for sure both types (original and anything larger)

A larger donut like 24"or even 36" would be nice. Especially when you can use it at a pool. So you can sit in the hole and float around on a large balloon underneath you.

I would not vote for making them bigger, rather thicker latex. The original ones the quality was a lot of times garbage.
