The AI engine doesn’t appear to allow that, and in fact warned me that continued prompts could affect the account I’d created. It has to do with limiting the ability (and their liability I’m sure) of creating images that affect real people. If you look up “Steve Harvey AI Images” you’ll see what I mean, although TBH those are hilarious.

I honestly cannot figure out what Bing/DALL-E's content rules are having a problem with 90% of the time that I get this kind of response. It's an innocent prompt, even if it turns you on, and I can't' imagine an image that would offend anyone unless DALL-E has a dirty artificial mind. Or a virtual balloon fetish.

So I changed the color of the balloon to purple, and added the detail that the woman is reading a book: "woman sitting on a large purple latex balloon on a chair, sinking into the balloon, reading a book, smiling at the camera." This was what I got:

One can only wonder what DALL-E generated for the first image that it deemed unsafe. And why. Life is weird, but AI is much weirder.
