Someone donated me some Ellies' Brand balloons before. They seem to be rebranded Belbals.

are the 14" any good?

I hope they're good. They seem awfully expensive compared to Bargain Balloons' other offerings.
I personally like their Decomex brand. The 26" have a wonderful tear drop shape, are durable and smell really nice out of the package.
