Latex gloves versus balloons

How soft do latex gloves get, compared to balloons - particularly the powdered ones? I remember I used to hate having to wear those things for work - but, when inflated like balloons, they might be soft and squishy?

I found some latex gloves that are white and seem to be better than the clear or blue ones. Seem a bit more sturdy but yes are soft
