Take a crystal balloon, inflate, deflate, inflate, deflate a few times by mouth, not over inflating it and you should have sight of condensation inside. That's a round balloon of course, not sure about donut or shaped balloons. They probably wouldn't take multiple inflations.

Alot of the videos on my channel have balloons with visible condensed water in them. This seems to happen quite naturally on first inflation already. I usually dislike it because it makes crystal and soap balloons look ugly.

I can share this picture from an upcoming video of mine, it got lots of condensate: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachmen...36/unknown.png (Before people ask, it is a Balloon Vault Big Bulb 36", which got prestretched due to a lot of air escaping from the huge mouthpiece)

It is a large single family home owned by my parents and they are renting the top floor to me. They know that I pop balloons and aren't always happy about it (waste of money, childish etc). But i tested the loudness with a remote controlled pump a few times and it seems less loud than the volume of their TV. I don't have a db meter to make accurate measurements, but i would be suprised if it is loud enough to count as a disturbance by the law.
For the tests with the remote controlled pump I used the loudest balloons in my collection (typically Belbals around 10" size)

I got one a couple days ago. It's getting cold out so the condensation is very visible again.
