Plumbers Goop

Hi

I am looking for something called Plumbers Goop in the US, but I cannot find it in Europe. Does anyone know, if it goes under another name?

Or know of something similar, I can use to repair a small seam split? Preferably something I can use both on the inside and outside og the split to strengthen the seam?

Try looking for solvent weld adhesive in a large plumbers merchants, it is a solvent that causes plastics to stick together.
