Some time ago, on FaceBook I saw many Viatnemese DISCO clubs from Hanoi with lots of balloons and cute girls blowing up and playing with balloons. As I understood some days the guests even get free balloons with the tickets when enter the club. Have you ever visited such a club? I'd love to hear more about them.
