Sadly here in NYC, everything goes back to cheap thin 11" oder 12" made in China balloons. Every party is full of those, stinking of chemicals, very fragile, many popping during the festivities without being touched. Nearly all ordered on Amazon.
Qualatex does not "shoot out" on Amazon as people want CHEAP and SMALL.
So professional balloon decorators remain, but with Covid that was a huge drop in the market. And: They essentially decided that no one wanted Q24 anymore for their decorations, so they stopped producing it.
