Since world has turned upside down, I am unable to buy Belbal, Tuftex, QTex etc.
And I found a nice balloon country: Turkey! They produce high quality balloons and deliver them to Russia. For example, brand named "Волна веселья" (Volna veselya, 'The Wave of Joy') produces and sells high quality balloons: from 5 inch to 46 inch rounds, very long modelling ones, animal shape etc. They are stretchy, you can inflate a 5-inch clear to almost 9 inch with prestretching.

The second brand is "Дон Баллон" (Don Ballon). Their balloons are good, stretchy and have thick latex, so you can inflate them super tight and they will be strong and durable. But if they pop, they produce a HUGE BANG, which scared my neighbors as shit at the first try.

Did you notice some changes in balloons? Interesting to hear some opinions.

please don't ever post titles such as "balloons are under sanctions" or something that might allude to balloons being banned. I almost had a heart attack.

It's nice to see more balloon factories though, hats off to the turks.

Slightly off topic. I really feel for Russian citizens right now. You guys have to suffer the effects of sanctions while the mad man responsible likely has access to whatever he wants. I've also seen people online being really rude about ordinary Russian people when the average russian has nothing to do with their military.

I buy them from Russian stores. donballon.ru has experience in delivering to GB and USA, so good luck in reaching agreement. They are really friendly to everyone, they even have hashtag #balloonsoutofpolitics.
So good luck to everyone, but you will need a Russian translator.
