yes I do that;

you have to find a loon with proper size to put your dick into the nozzle. anything smaller than 24" is uncomfortable for me best is 36" but larger works if you rubberband the loon to your dick. did it with a 72" too did not inflate it
fully since I would have had trouble to get handle it that way...

after use I deflate the loons and wash then out with hot water, if you let em dry you can use these for years...


but remember I mainly use inflatables so take my advice with a grain of salt...

The roomtex humpaloons are very good for insertion. I tie an elastic to the end of the insert so that the tension of the insert can be adjusted to how big the balloon is inflated.
