I don't think so, you will not inflate a bare inner tube to more than about 3-4 psi, because it will burst.
A few examples of bursting large inner tubes, no one was hurt - not counting the smashed ass from the fall

Those are awesome, would so love to boink them

However, you guys may be at cross-purposes. These are butyl tubes, which are a mix of latex & synthetic compounds & a filler that is ash from coal-burning power stations (hence the black color).
