Most documentaries will make out that looners are very weird. We are not but let's be honest, the fetish is a little weird so the documentaries will embellish that part to get viewers. No one is going to watch a documentary about a normal looner. That has already been done! There have been a few looner documentaries like this so they will probably want to go one better each time and go deeper into this and bring out something weirder that hasn't appeared in these documentaries before

I prefer facts in my documentaries... not fiction for that I watch spielberg...

so its sad that some especially uncommon people are depicted -.- so its mostly not a documentary but a fox newish criminal charge: "BURN THE WITCHES, they are after the children and want to take your guns" -.-

I mean, the quality of the documentary is going to depend on who is making it. Some posted here are... lackluster if not harmful, while some others have posted are pretty good at covering the basics in a respectful way, or even are very detailed and knowledgeable.

If you're wanting to find a good one to show someone, just look through the thread and find one you think does a good job. Just remember they're made for people that don't know much about the fetish if at all, rather than being a "by looners, for looners" type deal.

I believe every person is unique enough to deserve their own documentary. I've never been convinced by any big media documentaries. Interviews are better because at least the person is talking about their own perspective.
