I believe my parents might have known about my unusual fixation with balloons when I was little. But other than that no one knows.

Now some of my friends know. A few weeks ago after selling one of my game consoles with two of my friends, we went to Walmart because I wanted to spend a little bit of the money I got. They asked me what I was planning to get, but I didn't say anything. I just walked to the balloon aisle and they followed behind me. They were dumbfounded that I went to Walmart for balloons. At that point, they didn't know the full picture. A week later, I told my other friend about it. Some my other friends were very nearby, so they, including the two from the Walmart trip, most likely know about now. This was very quick, and I wish to elaborate on it a bit more soon.

My partner knows and will often include balloons in the bedroom. I think some of my friends know and will often mention balloons to see if they get a reaction out of me (I pretend I don't hear them!) .
Quite some time ago, late 20's I was sat in a car with friends at the time and one of the girls said 'Have you found anyone that'll blow balloons up for you yet?'. After the silence everyone just carried on talking like nothing was said. I think I turned into a puddle!
I have a feeling my partner has told her cousin. She can't tell me if she knows or not and said she may have mentioned it once whilst they were talking.

A few past girlfriends will know too, some I still talk to and have never really mentioned it (why would they!)

Only my wife knows. Best friend's mom accused me of having a balloon fetish at the age of like 14. I swear she is a gypsy and can read minds though.
