    Pilot balloon fun

A bit of fun I had recently, riding a 70Gm Indian pilot balloon. I got a box of them on E-bay.

Yes. Generally pilot balloons, also sometimes called ceiling balloons are smaller and tougher than regular weather balloons.

Used for checking wind direction, and cloud ceiling for pilots.
        Hence the name.

I keep trying to pop it by bouncing on it, but always end up cumming. Might use a pin, next time

I bought at AliExpress once a big looking balloon. I'm not sure if this is a pilot balloon or how to describe it. They sell it as a pure latex balloon but it is AliExpress... you rarely get what is written on it.

The material feels different, on one side thin but als somehow stronger because it feels not that elastic. Hard to describe. But what to expect from those, how do pilot balloons compare to regular balloons?
That balloon from the pictures is already big from the beginning, but I don't trust so much the numbers from the seller. It has at the beginning maybe 16" and a weight of around 90 grams.
What could be it's nominal size? I doubt those 72" from the seller because at 40" it feels already tight for my feeling.

                  I bought it here:

Just look around for similar products, you will find those even cheaper or wait for an offer. And don't trust all the pictures, you get that kind of balloon.

The ones I got were made in India by Pawan and are lovely and soft and thin. In fact, its the softest type of balloon I've seen. I just love the feel of them against me and slept with one deflated last night. I might even make some rubber underwear out of one. Anyway, when I woke up, I just had the overwhelming urge for some fun with it and really wanted to pop it. I had some rough riding on it and just after I came it burst, which was pretty awesome

I also got some Pawan 10 gram ceiling balloons. They are a lot thicker and are similar to normal 18 inch balloons. As they were quite expensive, they are not really worth it.

                      Thanks for the link.

                      I will probably try one.

Yes. As I said in an earlier post, they are also known as ceiling balloons, and are used (as the name suggests) by pilots to measure wind speed and direction, and cloud ceiling.

So they are a form of weather balloons.

Quite thin so probably not suitable for non poppers.

                          Jason.
