Seems that way. I even threw in about a dozen other kinks I'm mildly interested in (really, it's just balloons), but still nothing near me. Like I said, maybe check again in a few months and hopefully the community will have grown a bit.

It says that I need to have a alphanumeric email

I just tried a test and it worked without issue. Not sure what is going on, try emailing support?
