Re: Your fav inflatable to inflate?

My 'Cupid's Love Pod' (which is, basically, a 260 cm diameter Giga ball, with shiny red and glass clear PVC panels).

My inflatable Bubble Couches. A number of sex positions can be enjoyed on...

Re: How do you storage your inflatable toys?

I lightly fold my inflatables and individually place them inside those extra large and thin clear polythene bags, to keep dust off. Some of them are stored on shelves in my wardrobe/closet. I store...

Re: How do you storage your inflatable toys?

Tip: you can remove last traces of air from a deflated inflatable by covering the open inflation valve with the end of a vacuum cleaner hose pipe; the vacuum cleaner's suction should be at the lowest...

Re: PVC inflatable cylinder, by PUL

It could be that you've experienced a bit of bad luck with PUL. I've personally never had any issues, quality-wise, with the raincoats and bedding I've bought from them.

Re: PVC inflatable cylinder, by PUL

I have a few ride rolls and a 'squeezer' from SHOSU. While they advertise their inflatables as being soft, I find that the PVC material still lacks in the same degree of softness of 1990s/early 2000s...

Re: How tightly do you inflate your toys?

I inflate until the inflatable looks nice and full, but as a non-popper, I don't derive any 'thrills' from accidentally (or intentionally) popping an inflatable, whether it be a PVC inflatable or a...

PVC inflatable cylinder, by PUL

PVC-U-Like, based in the UK, have introduced an inflatable glass clear cylinder to their product range: https://pvc-u-like.com/Product.aspx?ProductID=541&strReferer=search&PPGR=0

I imagine that it...

Re: Super soft Inflatables

Possibly, he's using ATBC.

I'm having a go at softening inflatables myself, using DINP (Di-Iso-Nonyl-Phthalate), which I am able to source from a chemical supplier based in Poland. I can also...

Re: Shosu Squeezer, thoughts?

I've got a 'Squeezer' in glass clear red PVC, but have not used it yet. My only complaint would be the fact that SHOSU use 6P-free PVC. I wish SHOSU incorporated a phthalate plasticiser (such as...

Re: [Brain Storm] Would proposing this toward venture capitalist be appropriate?

You know what, BTJ?

You might have better luck obtaining a bottle of DINP from a chemical supplier and have a go at softening an inflatable. The Europe-based supplier I am enquiring with quotes...

Re: Custom Inflaables - Accessing DEHP doped PVC

That's a bit of a downer, BigThudJoe.

If you are up for some 'DIY chemistry', you could possibly extract phthalates from vinyl medical gloves (for DINP, most likely), PVC raincoats or blood bags...

Re: Custom Inflaables - Accessing DEHP doped PVC

Here's some more info on phthalates and the 'Nanny State' REACH regulations:
https://www.plasticisers.org/regulation/reach/

The the high molecular weight phthalates, DINP, DPHP and DIDP, are not...

Re: Overinflated inflatables in public

Is it any wonder that inflatables rupture so easily nowadays when they are made from 6P-free PVC? (6P-free PVC, also known as 'environmentally-friendly PVC', is PVC free from the 6 commonly used...

Re: Custom Inflaables - Accessing DEHP doped PVC

DINP is, in all honesty, likely just as effective a phthalate plasticiser as DEHP and DOP. The difference is that, chemically, as a higher molecular weight phthalate, it is deemed to be less 'harmful...

Re: Custom Inflaables - Accessing DEHP doped PVC

footnote: I wonder if SHOSU would consider using a phthalate plasticiser, such as DINP, in their inflatables, to make them softer?

Re: Custom Inflaables - Accessing DEHP doped PVC

You might like to enquire with the UK-based PVC rainwear and fetishwear company, PVC-U-Like (PUL). The PVC they use in their raincoats and other items is very soft, and that's because it contains...

Re: Looner communities crowd fund to buy out Intex?

Hi, Big Thud;

I think the high molecular weight phthalate, DINP, is more of a recent development, but according to the owner of the UK-based PVC fetishwear and raincoat company, PVC-U-Like (PUL),...

Re: Looner communities crowd fund to buy out Intex?

Speaking of phthalate plasticisers, which make the vinyl/PVC sensually smooth, soft, rubbery and tactile: high molecular weight phthalates, such as DINP or DIDP, are still permissible in non-food...

Re: SHOSU.nl

I bought a SHOSU 'squeezer'. It is OK, aside from the fact that their products are 6P phthalate-free, meaning that they are not as soft as they potentially could be. A high molecular weight phthalate...

1990s or 2000s-era Inflatable Chairs or Sofas

Is there anyone who'd be willing to sell me an inflatable chair or sofa of the 1990s or 2000s era? The US-based Bubble Inflatables/Bubble Furniture site closed years ago (back in 2010, or...

Riding ballons with a partner without causing them to go BANG!

I am strictly a non-popper of inflatables. Regarding latex balloons, I have a strong fear of them suddenly going 'BANG' when interacting (e.g. riding) with them. I don't mind bangs per se; what gets...

Re: Large Climb-in Inflatables, Specifically PVC

I, too, was sent the 5 ft Midi version by error. I contacted the seller, who apologized and sent me the correct (7ft) size as per the item listing's description. The PVC is thick (0.5mm), yet ...

Re: Custom inflatables - Hard to find a manufacturer for making a custom design.

Well, BigThudJoe, there is, as you say, Hongyi and IW, but custom-made inflatables in low quantities have quite a price tag. Everyone's mileage may vary, though, and you may well decide that getting...

Re: Who here is into exercise balls, and what are your experiences?

I own a shiny silver Reebok gym/exercise ball, which I bought years ago. I actually bought it for its 'supposed' purpose- calisthenics, muscle stretching, warm-up routine, yoga. However, I noticed...

Re: Smelling balloons

Personally, the smell of brand new vinyl inflatables turns me on (as does the rustling/creaking/squeaking noise they make when they are squeaky-clean and free from dirt and oils). Regarding balloons,...
