There's a TV soap called Hollyoaks in the UK. There's barely an episode goes by where there isn't balloons in the background. On occasions cast members have popped the odd balloon too :)

Yup, balloon manufacturers cater mainly for the balloon decorator markets, as that's where all the profit is. Q24's were seldom used by the balloon decorators.

Sounds correct. I made a few of my own from liquid latex and they were how you describe. They stretched quite easily, too.

Got an update from them saying 'The product is being produced and will not be ready until the end of next week'. Realistically then, it will probably be next month when they arrive. :(
