I am asking for some help looking to buy or trade balloons from india from one of our fellow balloon lovers from India. These balloons are 24-30" and have a long neck and say happy birthday on them 2 versions that I have bought from a guy that sells them on ebay, 1 very thin the other thicker , actually these balloons are crap a lot of church windows and holes but after patching them they are very rideable. i will load pictures soon. any help would be appreciated.
