I've started keeping a collection of the knotted ends of the necks. As historically I've been a non-popper, these are souvenirs from balloons that have met a violent end.

I'm on my second plastic bag-ful...

I throw the popped balloons away. But it is kind of fun (and weirdly sexy) to see balloon shards scatter once the balloon pops. From the smell they leave behind and the mess they make, it feels very metaphorical to how I tend to make a mess.

Like Blowitbig and Cho, I discard my shreds in the trash, hidden. I collect them in my “toy box” (also hidden) until I have a large handful. Then, I use a doubled gray supermarket bag, put the shreds and pieces in it, squeeze out all the air and tie a tight knot in the bag. I bury this in the trash so it’s not easily seen. My wife knows about my fetish but I keep it hidden.

Last night I came home from a model train club meeting and found a torn balloon in the bedroom trash. Oops. It was one I missed when I cleaned up before she came home from a trip. Nothing has been said and, I’m not bringing it up. But the large piece is open to view in the can. It was a TT 24”.

Having shreds around is a turn on, especially when playing with balloons. I don't make any effort to save them, it is easy enough to make more.

We usually have enough popped balloons to fill half a Walmart checkout bag at the end of almost every weekend. Usually among them is a 36 inch mylar balloon of some sort. I usually put all the shards inside the popped mylar balloon, wad it up into a little ball and wrap it tightly with ribbon. You can get it compressed down to the size of a baseball doing this. Then I just chuck it in the can. I completely understand the sentiment about not caring what others think about you and I'm all on board for that, but at the same time, the less information the trash guys have about me the better.

Is when a balloon bursts into a lot of tiny shreds By sit on the balloon. It looks cool and is often accompanied by a wonderfully loud bang. In my opinion this is the ideal ending for a balloon i put them in a zip lock bag and occasionally masturbate to them

This looks like an old thread...but yes I like to look at the shreds when I have been sit popping or blowing to pop. I also try to find all the knots (if I haven't lost count of the number of balloons) but I am less paranoid now my wife knows about my fetish - more to save her from tidying up! I also love it when balloons pop but the rubber doesn't immediately contract so you are left with a tissue thin remnant...I love the look and smell and how it shrivels back to size as you touch it. 🤣 Here's some very recent shrapnel from some small loons I smashed...🎈

I still have a few balloon shreds from occasions that were important to me. Usually if a guy I like has bust a balloon I will try and keep a shred or 2. Ive actually seen hot guys at parties bursting balloons and then secretly picked up a few shreds and i look at them during balloon fun sometimes and find them a turn on. I also have a few shreds from balloons my best friend burst when I was a teenager, and a few from one off balloon fun encounters I have had with men. Also me and my boyfriend saved all the shreds from one of our christmas balloon rooms one year and were going to use them to make some kind of art, but they just stayed in a bag for 6 months before we just decided to throw them out haha

I used to keep the ones that were burst by someone that really meant something to me like my first real girlfriend. I kept them and would periodically look at them and remember how beautiful I thought she was bursting balloons just for me.

I like the idea of using them for art but the way latex decomposes may be problematic. Perhaps set them in a clear block of perspex?

I usually keep them, I find it quite arousing imagining they were once beautiful balloons but popped helplessly. Occasionally I will burn them and that's pretty arousing too.

Years ago, I had a crystal 36" that was partially inflated. I would use that as my containment to B2P all sorts of smaller balloons. Eventually, there must have been several lbs of shreds in the bottom. I did my best to not let any air escape...so it began at 30pct full....and was quite big and tight months later with the additional B2P volume. At some point...it burst on its own. Shame. I was hoping to eventually get a double B2P. ~gp

Bury the latex ones loosely (unbagged) in the ground. They'll last about as long as a leaf and are good for microbes.

I deflate them with dozens of Pinholes all around them. Once they are Deflated I untie the half knot so it appears like it could be reinflated then just drop it in some random location in a park.

So if someone finds your untied and uninflated balloon and DID decide to blow it up, they'd discover that someone intentionally put multiple pin holes in it so it couldn't be enjoyed. There's something so wrong and twisted about it that I absolutely love lol.
