Can anyone make a custom print for me in a small batch?

I’m curious to know if anyone would be able to take my design and screen print it onto a Qualatex balloon. In a small quantity of like 25. I don’t need 200 or more. I can’t find anyone on Etsy because they probably use other latex brands, or only certain themes. Just trying to recreate some long discontinued prints. I hope somebody can help!

Hi - I'd love to have a set of pink 16-24" (ideally, but 12" would be great also) balloons printed with the Debbie Harry face image as attached. If that would that be possible, lets chat?
