The problem was managing the big end to my inflator (Power-X), I settled with gluing the cuff beads together leaving a small opening for a stub of 1" surgical tubing.

After a pop and another inflation, I figured that you need to inflate the foot a couple times first.. after that they will inflate to ginormous sizes, something like a GL1200 with a fat bend on the end. I had both black and blue ones without toes and about $25/pair.

The "hand made" latex stockings get crazy huge, but they have to have good seams.. that is what usually goes first. The visual stress of watching a seam beginning to unstick whilst overinflated is an 11 here, something like a balloon popping in slow motion.

You still know where you got these from? And have you got any pictures of it? And how to see if a seam is beginning to unstick? Does it go in like a couple of seconds or is it a longer time period, so you got time to react?

LoonerLover23 I can look around to see what I have for pics, there were some floating around from the old Champagne&Balloons forum.. yeah, that's how long ago. So I think getting the same seller from alibaba would be a stretch.

Regarding the seam unsticking.. no, this can take less than a second or two. It looks like when you fold a balloon and get the tight creases and they make that crackling squeaky sound... but only for that second. I think it's actually the sound of the films becoming unbonded and then finally letting go. I bought one of those cheapo dual layer "inflatable suits" from alibaba a few years back, and the seams blew out first time inflated, but one made this loud reed sound while it deflated.. I couldn't stop laughing. Sounded like a cartoon whoopee cushion.

Would be nice if you could get some of the pics recoverd.

Hmmm so its not always a big bang when the seams start to unstick? Good to know I thought the stocking would explode like a bomb.

The dipped ones are amazing, I bought a pair of red ones on Amazon deal days just to experiment with and they blow up so huge. I already popped one by laying on it but it was just as large as a GL1200 when it finally blew. The little bend give a nice little "seat" for riding as well.
