From which manufacturer are these balloons?

I found these amazing star confetti 16 inch clear balloons. I removed the stars from inside the balloons. Inflating these is a little more difficult since there is no neck to work with, the latex immediately starts to inflate from the lip.

However, they get huge and are ultra soft and squishy. I really like them, but I can't find any information about them. Which manufacturer produces these balloons? Some of you have more information and experience regarding these things.

well googling them:

"Pioneer Electronics of Canada Inc"

Wal-mart says the same thing.

Thank you, I couldn't find anything on their walmart page, even after ctrl+F pioneer. Odd. But thanks again, I'm glad they ended up being something easy to get.

Could also be U16. For some reason, confetti balloons were the one 16" balloon still available during the recent drought.
