My experience with them is pretty good actually. They seem to be very simillar to Cattex19". Maybe the two companies share the latex mix. Due to their shape they don't neck that easily but with some streching that should not be a problem.
So my conclusion is: If you like very round balloons that have a very sharp transition into a slim neck you should try them.
If you are more into the natural flowing shapes where the neck wants to kiss you after every blow (like Q16) you might be disappointed.
