I have some of the DC Heroes branded ones, they look amazing inflated and are decent stuff, I believe the printing company they use “B Loony” use Gemar balloons. If anyone has any Gemar 12 inch balloons (I think that’s what they are) it would be an interesting comparison. Balloon Ace have a 13 inch Gemar bulk pack for sale.

Just curious: I live in the States -- do UK McDonalds look like the inside of Starbucks Coffee (boring, bland, too sterile looking and pretty depressing) or do they "pop" (sorry) with any color or look cheery in anyway? Sad and depressing best describes what US McDonalds look like nowadays - they used to be very fun looking inside...

UK McDonalds are fairly bland internally (my local one is) but occasionally has some balloons out. Seating is just made of plywood and it is more comfortable sitting in the car. I am pretty certain their balloons are Gemar 12 inch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxENZI5wM4M this video from Blown2Bits shows the loud bang their balloons make in UK restaurants.

If you ever want to buy your own, they're for sale on the promotional item site:

          $20/100pk

I've bought them before, they're a little stretchier than normal 9" and might be able to push them to about a 11/12" size if you're grave.

A little bigger than the previous photos, then... Boom.

I love reading how McDonalds in the UK has balloons in their locations! Here in the States, McD's look so sad, sterile, too much like Starbucks, and......not a single balloon!
The Mc D's in the Uk are really sterile and Starbucks-like too. But we do at least still (sometimes) have balloons.

Both the central City Mc D's here in Norwich often have balloons.

If anyone's curious, Japanese McDonalds are the same. No balloons either. At least the food crushes US McDs.

Does anyone notice balloons in McDonald’s at the moment? In recent months most stores seemed to have stopped putting balloons out.

Haven't seen any for months. Not even seen the trees/cages they used to put them in.

Probably another cost cutting exercise that companies are having to go through these days.
