I've slept with a balloon in my boxer briefs before. Despite how fun it had sounded initially, it was hard to fall asleep for more than a few reasons, haha. Sleep on a larger balloon sounds like it could be interesting, or a recipe for a bad back.

Ive slept on inflatables though, producing great dreams!

I've laid down on a bunch of them and took a nap. It was actually comfortable. I was surprised none of them popped.

slept on a gl500 twice naked and it was really nice t wake up a maybe...well you know have fun i guess, recommend a lot of pillows to help if you move around so you can rest in multiple places like i do
