    Ide also use wet wipe and talc. Plus maybe shrink with hair dryer or something like that

      Oh yes you can! Try silicon oil of latex wear products like Vivishine. They will come back and be even shinier and smoother.

        Wash with hot soapy water. Recondition with pjur cult latex conditioner. Pjur original silicone is a perfect lube for latex. But be careful with silicone toys.
        Also, silicone may stain or darken fabrics, but it evaporates slowly and is non-toxic; used in cosmetics and medicine.

          Actually you can get the luster back! Taking a cue from the latex wear community, I have started using Silicon oil which is used to help conserve very expensive latex wear. It does change the feel of the balloon but once I got used to it, I can't go without.
          your balloons will become shiny, smooth and richer in color.

            Try some silicone oil. Also used in the latex wear community. It will get rid of fingerprints, sweat marks and restore the shiny. I think it makes the balloon feel much smoother. Just a thought.

              use a hairdryer on low heat to iron out the creases and get rid of those wrinkly water marks and then use talc powder
