Hi all, out of curiosity I’ve recently purchased a 72 inch climbin balloon from Amazon UK. It’s a nice glossy red made from a very heavyweight latex. Not owned one previously but the neck is just 10mm across. Is this the usual size for a 72 inch climb in loon? I gather the neck may need a fair amount of stretching first before first inflation to enter it.

Re: Climb in balloons from Amazon....
I have used 72 in balloons from Gummiwerk. They are really durable, but they also only have a neck hole that is about 10 cm.
It's actually still quite easy to climb into if you Lupe it well.
If the neck of your balloon isn't too thick, I don't think that you should have any problems. -

They’re almost identical in size to Cattex 72..... but much of a much thicker latex.Last edited by craggy2012; 29-12-2017, 00:55.Comment

10mm? That sounds impossibly small for a climb-in. I don't think I've ever had a balloon larger than 20" with a neck that small. Are you sure it's not 10cm?Comment

10mm? That's 1cm. That's literally (around) the diameter of my pinky finger. I don't see how you're supposed to get in there.Comment
