Stiff (new) balloons

Hi everybody.

I was one of the lucky bastards to find a shop which had a supply of Q24's. I've ordered all of them and received them today . But I noticed the most of the balloons are quite stiff (uninflated). Is there a way to make them not so stiff anymore without bursting them?

Probably old stock and not looked after too well. That's why they stiff.

Try to warm them up a bit. Usually makes them more stretchy.
