Try to find someone who does sell ATBC. If the plasticizer does keep leeching out from the vinyl, maybe you need to get another inflatable. I've only experienced this once and it was annoying. If you really care about your inflatable, you should keep it and just keep adding plasticizer every now and then. Try to find some on Alibaba, you can buy much more than 1floz. 8floz it's enough to make a toy super soft and rubbery.

I might be able to get some ATBC.
But I don't like getting a replacement.
I only used it once, and it's quite expensive.
I'm having this problem lots of times
