how to make a room balloon safe?

Hello,

My wife promissed me a room full of 16 en 18" balloons ready to pop but. Somehow the floor in our bedroom let;s them pop. The balloons are blown almost ready to pop but as soon as some of them touch the floor they pop. It's just a laminate floor.

Maybe put down some blankets or an area rug? Sounds like the floor maybe has a texture or possibly static electricity that is making them pop. Maybe try inflating them a little less if neither of those other solutions is a possibility. Good luck, let us know how it works out!
