Usually wear loose fitting Joggers so that I can 'expand' inside them as I play with the poor balloons. I also like to stuff a balloon inside the joggers and then pleasure myself until I bust it.Comment

Pool toys and not so much balloons, but I wear (don't tell anyone) women's briefs, a size or two too small, and nothing else. I like the feel and sound of my skin on the inflatable, but not the sensitive skin binding against the vinyl as I, uh, work. Women's briefs are big enough to stay at my waist, small enough to not cover a lot more than necessary, and slick enough to make things nice. Bikinis slide down from my waist and I don't fit in them, so...briefs.
I'm 460 pounds currently and really bottom heavy, so women's briefs fit surprisingly well. Don't tell anyone, but I wear them more than infrequently.Comment
