Nordic Looners have these sometimes https://nordiclooners.com/valve-giant
Currently out of stock by the looks of it and I'm not quite sure what kind of balloons they're for.

I'm pretty sure those are for larger balloons like 4+ foot ones - they look far too large to fit in a 24" neck

I have some of the ones posted at nordiclooners (but I got mine from loonerworld), a qualatex 24 neck stretches over them just fine.

Thanks for the info vicci i'll look into it since i don't like tieing up my balloons i just spin the mouth round a few times to keep the air in

Try using clips. I find the alligator food clips work well.

An good alternative to a clip can be a tie-wrap or zip-tie as also commonly said. I usually have clips available but if I don't I just turn the neck around and zip-tie them or use a piece of string / electrical wire (like the ones from electronics for you phone charger etc) don't know what is called exactly.

I prefer the large balloon clips, they work better on large balloons and are simpler. Also they don't come undone like half knots occasionally do :P
