Hi guys, I'm going to buy new balloons, this time I'm using another online shop. I would like to buy my favourite balloons, as title, tuf-tex 17" but I've seen in this shop some Tuf-Tex 17" 36cm and some Tuf-Tex 17" 43cm; That makes me confused, I look in different shops and in every shop Tuf-Tex 17" are all 43cm. What's wrong?

Those labelled 36cm are 14" Tuf-Tex I would imagine. Just go with the 43cm (17") and you should be fine. -

I think they have probably written the wrong size in cm by mistake. However to be sure you can write them and ask. They are nice people and will happily answer - and be happy to know about it, so they can correct things and put up the right measure, which should of course be 43 cm.
