Balloons on my head

Weird inspiration I know, but a guy told me one time that he used to put SA balloons on his head and blow them up like a latex glove. I can't find any SA balloons, I have climbed into a climb in balloon. What smaller balloons might work for this?

Obviously it needs to be stretchy or have a large neck. I was look at the Cattex 36" long neck, that looks big. I had some 18" stuffer balloons once and they didn't really stretch that big.

So i've been trying to track down SA balloons. I thought I had found them at saballoon.co.za, but they told me they get their balloons from sempertex. So I don't guess that is them.
