Today i thought that i would try something new. To float using geo donuts.
I tested my idea at home first pulling one balloon on each thigh. They where really thight., but once i was able to get some air into them they got more comfortable to wear.
Since i had stared with a pair of well used balloons., i just put on my shorts and grabed the bag with some extra donut balloons and clibs and drove to the lake..
I blew up the balloons on my thighs and waded slowly out in the lake.
As the water got deeper and deeper i could feel the boyancy making the balloons work treir way up my thigh, but since it was a pair of old balloons all the air soon went up to the neck of the balloons causing one of them to pop.
I desided to try with a pair of new balloons and I was able to get them to sit rather comfortable on my thighs
I waded slowly into the lake again and this time the balloons was not deformed.
All the sudden my feet could not reach the bottom and I was floating.
It felt really cool being carried by the two balloons in a seated position.
It's a great way to float. If you wanna do it more stealhy, but it does not feel as good as floating on a GL1200 balloon. Nothing does.
