Fluxbag - new way to inflate things?

Came across the Fluxbag recently (video) and was wondering if anyone had seen or tested it yet. It looks like a neat idea, and a great way to quietly inflate large inflatables or maybe even balloons quietly, but without spending ten minutes huffing and puffing. I might order one to try it out.

    Thoughts?

Dunno, they've been around a while now, but haven't heard much from within the community about what folks think of them. They look a good idea, but then you'd still need a bigish room to scoop up air with to fill the bag to start with.

It looks like the idea isn't scooping up air, but rather blowing enough air in that it expands, pulling in enough air to fill it.

It would only really be necessary for larger toys (i.e. 30"+) which you need a decent amount of space for anyways.

We've seen Similar items before though...... a large ripstop nylon bag you twirl around or pull fast through the air, then you close off the open end and force the trapped air within out through a nozzle at the other end into what ever your inflating. There's even those lounger chairs for festivals or the beach that use this principle to fast inflate them with now. It's a great idea, but you do need plenty room around you to get air trapped in them to start with
